The living area is spacious and filled with natural light. The kitchen is designed as a fully equipped residential kitchen, featuring a large fridge with freezer, generous sink, traditional hob, dishwasher and oven at counter height.
The extendable dining table offers flexibility, while the sofa and TV area create a cosy atmosphere.
During the cooler months, the ceramic stove provides additional warmth and a particularly pleasant ambience – perfect for autumn or winter stays at Lake Garda.
The bedroom is generously sized, with a large wardrobe and a window facing the lake. From your bed, you can catch a glimpse of Lake Garda as you wake up.
The modern bathroom features a comfortable walk-in shower.
The covered terrace
The large covered terrace faces the lake and is separated from the neighbouring unit by a planter. It offers a protected outdoor space that naturally extends the living area.
Two sun loungers and a parasol are available on the lawn in front of the apartment, allowing you to relax while enjoying the lake view.
Comfort all year round
Like Casa Monika 2, this apartment features underfloor heating throughout. Combined with the ceramic stove, it is perfectly suited for stays in spring, autumn and winter.
Flexible combination option
Casa Monika 3 forms part of a larger residential unit arranged into two independent sections, each with its own access and privacy.
Upon request, it can be booked together with Casa Monika 2 – ideal for friends or couples who wish to stay nearby while enjoying separate living spaces.
