Casa Monika 2 is located on the ground floor of the villa, in the newly renovated section of the house. The apartment faces directly towards Lake Garda and already offers open lake views from the living area.

The apartment
The living area with lake view features a modern kitchenette with induction hob (3 zones), dishwasher, oven and integrated under-counter fridge. A counter with stools and two comfortable armchairs create a relaxed setting for breakfast or quiet moments.
The separate bedroom includes a double bed and a private TV for added comfort and privacy.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The covered terrace
The spacious covered terrace extends the living area outdoors. Sheltered and facing the lake, it naturally becomes the heart of your stay.
A table with four chairs allows for comfortable outdoor dining.
On the lawn in front of the apartment, two sun loungers and a parasol are available for your use, offering beautiful views over Lake Garda.

Casa Monika 2 is equipped with underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate in every season. The apartment is therefore ideal not only in summer, but also for stays in spring, autumn or winter.
Flexible combination option
Casa Monika 2 forms part of a larger residential unit organised into two independent sections, each with its own entrance and full privacy.
Upon request, it can be booked together with Casa Monika 3 – ideal for friends or couples who wish to stay close while maintaining separate spaces.
